What is a Deadbeat Father?
Deadbeat Dad Meaning:
The term deadbeat father (dad) is a term used when a father has neglected his responsibilities to contribute to his child’s life.
Fathers who fail to pay child support are normally given this title when the mother of child becomes frustrated the child’s father inability to participate in his child’s development.
Please note, their on dads who are not on child support and refuse to be in his child’s life are also considered a deadbeat parent by mothers.
It should also be noted that a mother can also be looked upon as a deadbeat parent.
