What is a Maternity Test at home?
A home maternity DNA test determines if a biological mother and child are related. The results from this type of test are for informational purposes only and cannot be used for legal matters.
Legal Maternity Testing
A legal maternity test is performed similarly to a home non-legal DNA maternity test. However, a legal test requires establishing a chain of custody, and an unbiased DNA sample collector must collect the samples. All samples are tested and analyzed by our partner AABB-accredited DNA laboratory. This accreditation ensures that the results are accepted by Family Court and state agencies nationwide.
