How to Request a Return or a Refund:

To request a return or a refund on your DNA Test Kit, please call 1-866-205-8356 or email contact@paternityexpress.com. The staff of Paternity Express  will work with you to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Cancellation Period:

Refunds are at the discretion of Paternity Express. A refund may be considered when Paternity Express has been notified by phone. The customer will be required to provide a letter formally cancelling their purchase. The letter must be dated and signed by the purchasing customer. The cancellation of period is 7 days from the date of purchase. Cancellation letters can be emailed to our office at contact@paternityexpress.com.

It should be noted: All refunds are subject to approval by Paternity Express.

If a DNA test kit purchased was received by the customer and has not been used. Paternity Express will consider refunds of unused DNA test kits that have been returned back to our office within the cancellation period. In the event a refund is issued, the refund will be minus any administrative, processing fees.

All DNA test kits must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to the customer. The customer is responsible for the fees associated with the return shipment to our office. Paternity Express will only pay for return shipments if an error was made on our part. Each refund will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment of the test kit. All DNA test kits must be returned in the same condition it was received. Damaged, used or missing supplies from the DNA test kit under normal circumstances will not be considered for a full refund.

Please note, each refund request will be reviewed at the discretion of Paternity Express on a case by case basis to determine if any refund is applicable before the 7 day cancellation period has expired.

DNA Test Kits Returned Exceeding the Cancellation Period:

In the event, a customer requests a refund after the 7 day cancellation period. Paternity Express reserves the right to deny the customer’s refund request without consideration. Each case will be reviewed at the discretion of Paternity Express on a case by case basis.

Refund Options

All refunds will be returned by the same method of payment either by credit or debit card.

Delivery Charge on Returning DNA Test Kits:

If you are returning DNA test kit to our office before the cancellation period. The return delivery charge will be at the customer expense. Remember, Paternity Express will reserve the right to review and approve all refunds.
